Here's a great video where Alan Walsh presents Symphony from an article about this open-source spec from OpenAI, created to help overcome the biggest bottlenecks when trying to scale autonomous coding agents. The provocation here is to stop looking only at the prompt and see the agent harness as infrastructure: sensors, validations, tools, isolation, scheduler, and feedback loops. It's this less glamorous scaffolding that separates something "smart" from a system that can actually produce something real.
