What happens in each session

Session 1 | Start Using It Today

1h30 + 45min Q&A
  • Quick introductions with enough context to start using AI in the same session
  • Live demonstration: instructor solves 3 real problems (brought by participants) using AI on the spot
  • Minimum concepts: what a prompt is, why context matters, and what kinds of tasks AI handles better
  • Hands-on exercise: take ONE real task from your work and solve it with AI, with individual help
  • Showcase: participants show what they achieved, instructor gives improvement tips
  • Homework: use AI in at least 3 real situations during the week and note what worked

Session 2 | Doing More with Less

1h30 + 45min Q&A
  • Homework review: what each person tried, what worked, what was frustrating
  • Prompt techniques that improve results in practice: persona, context, examples, and iterative refinement
  • Hands-on exercise with everyday scenarios like summarizing meetings, generating reports, drafting communications, and preparing presentations
  • Light automation: how to create custom assistants (GPTs) for recurring tasks
  • Showcase + optimization: instructor improves your prompts live
  • Homework: create 1 AI workflow that saves at least 1h/week

Session 3 | AI as Your Edge

1h30 + 45min Q&A
  • Homework review: time saved, tasks automated, discoveries from the week
  • Tool landscape: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, editors like Antigravity, with practical guidance on when to use each
  • Hands-on exercise to build your personal AI plan with priority tasks, tools, prompts, and expected savings
  • Leading AI adoption: how to present to your team/board, measure ROI, handle resistance
  • Plan presentations: each participant presents their 30/60/90-day plan with feedback
  • Closing: resources, permanent community, and certificate

How it works

Made for beginners

You don't need to know anything about AI. If you can use email, you can follow along. The content was built for people who want application, not technical specialization.

80% practice, 20% theory

You start using AI early. Every exercise begins with real work problems instead of fictional cases.

Groups of 8–12 people

Small enough for individual attention and large enough for meaningful exchange. The environment is safe for asking, testing, and making mistakes.

Homework between sessions

1 week between each session to apply in real life. You come back with concrete results to discuss and improve.

Real tools

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are covered with practical guidance on when to use each. There is no tool selling and no platform partnership behind the recommendation.

Post-training support

Exclusive cohort community + follow-up session 30 days later. Recordings available for 90 days. Learning doesn't end at the last session.

Who leads the training

Jefferson Rafael Kozerski is a CTO & Software Architect with over 19 years of experience. He founded companies, had one acquired by Infracommerce, and currently leads technology for high-scale e-commerce operations. He uses AI in day-to-day work as a practical tool for productivity and decision-making.

  • Active CTO with experience in companies of all sizes
  • Technical background + business vision (speaks both languages)
  • Uses AI daily: development, architecture, management, strategy
  • Has individually trained professionals through AI consulting

COHORT 2 — COMING SOON

Cohort 1 sold out in just a few days. The next cohort opens soon, and waitlist members get priority and exclusive pricing.

Limited to 12 people per cohort. We don't open cohorts frequently.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. The training is designed for people who don't code and don't want to code. If you can use email and browse the internet, you can follow along.

Is it online or in-person?

Online and live, via Zoom. Cameras on, real interaction, and a small group. The format is hands-on training with active participation.

How long does it take?

Three sessions of ~2h15 each (1h30 class + 45min Q&A), with 1 week between them. Total of ~9 hours, plus practical homework during the weeks between sessions.

What if I already use ChatGPT?

Great. The training also helps people who have already tested the tools and want to go further. You'll learn how to improve prompts, organize routines, create small workflows, and use each tool more intentionally.

What's the group like?

Maximum 12 people. The profile usually includes managers, directors, and entrepreneurs. It is a safe environment to ask questions and experiment, even if you are just getting started.

Is there a certificate?

Yes, you receive a participation certificate. But the real value is in the results: leaving with AI in your daily workflow, ready-made workflows, and a concrete action plan.

How much does it cost?

The price will be announced when the next cohort opens. Join the waitlist to be among the first to know and to access the launch conditions.

What if I don't like it?

The training has a guarantee. If after the first session you feel it's not for you, we refund 100% of the amount. No questions asked.

Is my company data safe?

Yes. Part of the training is dedicated to AI privacy and security practices, including what to share, what to avoid, and how to configure the tools more safely.

When does the next cohort open?

Soon. Cohort 1 sold out quickly and the next one is being organized. Sign up for the waitlist to secure priority and be the first to know the date.
